APRON CONVEYORS are powered by a cycle-running chain and may carry a wide range of bulk items in a horizontal or inclined direction. Because the carrying and running elements are composed of metal, the apron conveyor can transport materials with higher bulk density and size, as well as materials with sharp edges and high abrasion resistance. It is especially appropriate for conveying materials at high temperatures.
