Cylindrical Roller Bearings are designed to withstand radial loads and high speeds providing high rigidity, low friction, and an extended life with an engineered, optimized design. Axial loads can be withstood if they are at low levels.
The possibilities in their design are mostly related to the number of rows of rollers -one, two, or four rows-the manufacturing materials, the rollers microgeometry, clearance, and the type of cage. They can also be fully complemented where applications have heavy loads and moderate speeds. Their use is recommended for various industries as floating or non-floating bearing.
